Product Overview
Boiler economizers are high-efficiency heat exchange devices featuring finned tubes that heat liquids, typically water, up to temperatures below their boiling point. Our manufacturing capabilities include three distinct economizer types: bare tube economizers, H-finned tube economizers, and spiral finned tube economizers.
H-Finned Tube Economizer Advantages
The H-finned tube economizer represents a superior heat exchange solution constructed from specialized H-finned tubes. Compared to traditional bare tube designs, this configuration significantly expands the heat exchange surface area while reducing the total number of tubes required. This design enhancement increases flue gas flow area, consequently reducing flow velocity and minimizing abrasion.
H-finned tubes can be manufactured as double H-finned configurations, providing exceptional structural rigidity suitable for extended tube row applications. The spiral finned economizer incorporates an innovative design utilizing spiral fin tubes to address common issues of severe abrasion and limited service life.
Primary Function
Economizers deliver significant operational cost savings by reducing compressor runtime requirements. When system cooling demands can be met without continuous compressor operation, substantial energy conservation and cost reduction are achieved.
