The membrane water wall consists of flat steel and pipes assembled and welded together by spot welding, forming an airtight pipe screen. This unique material simplifies the furnace wall structure and reduces the overall boiler weight. It features excellent air tightness, adapts to positive pressure combustion requirements, resists slag buildup, minimizes air leakage, reduces exhaust heat loss, and improves boiler thermal efficiency.
Manufactured as pre-welded components for quick and easy installation, the membrane wall structure simplifies maintenance and significantly extends boiler service life.
